Gas Safety Inspection

By law all landlords and managing agents renting all or part of a property are required to have a gas safety inspection every 12 months. This is to test that all gas appliances and related gas pipe work in the property are safe for use.
When the gas safety check is complete the engineer will issue you with a Gas Safety Certificate. if they need to carry out any repairs, permission will be gained from the Landlord, so can record that remedial action has been taken, and that the premises and the appliances are then safe for use.
The tenant and the landlord must both have a copy of the certificate, the landlord must keep there copy for at least the 12 month from issue.

Our Gas Safe (previously Corgi) Registered Experts can install or repair any of the following gas appliances - cookers, water heaters, boilers, fires and once installations are complete the engineer will carry out all the neccesary tests to check the appliance is operating safely.
